Terms of Service
Before commissioning me, ensure that you have read and agree to these terms to prevent future misunderstandings.
Personal use and commercial use licenses are available.
General Terms

I have the right to reject any commission for any reason. I will only accept commissions to be created within my art style, which I'm specialized in and comfortable with. Please do not take it personally.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

The art style may be slightly different from my old works as time goes by due to improvement and experimentation.

I do not support AI/NFT or any cryptocurrencies to be associated with all my works.
Payment
I will accept payment with PayPal.
Please note that I do not accept outside payment if you're commissioning me through "Vgen or Kirke". Payment should be settled on their website.
Payments are either 100% or 50% upfront, and the other 50% before I send you the colored piece.
Partial payment is recommended for commissions above $200.
For direct commissions, I only accept payment through PayPal Invoice in USD. Please do not send it directly to my email. I will take the payment after the draft sketch approval, and a PayPal Invoice will be sent to you.
Refund
I will not tolerate chargebacks.
A refund is not allowed when I'm already working on the commission.
You will only receive a full refund when I feel like I can't finish the piece due to emergency or health reasons.
Do not request a Paypal chargeback if you're getting a refund. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
Violating my refund policy will cause you from being blacklisted from commissioning me and losing your rights to the commission piece.
Revisions
Character poses cannot be changed during the coloring phase.
Draft sketch approval phase: Free Revisions.
Coloring phase: You can only have 2 minor revisions, further revisions will cost you an extra fee. However, when I am the one who made a mistake based on the character design reference you provided, revisions are free.
Surprise me or similar to "Skeb" style commission is also an available option, which I do not send WIP updates/no revisions, and with only minor fixes allowed, the finished piece will be the final piece but I recommend commissioning me through it via Vgen.
Copyright and usage
All rights reserved.
I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork. Do not claim the artwork as your own.
I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork anywhere online to promote myself. If you want to keep it private, please let me know beforehand so we can arrange an NDA, but this requires an additional fee.
I do not allow reproduction or unauthorized use of the commissioned piece without paying the proper license.
You must pay a commercial license fee if you want to use the artwork to make a profit from it in any way (e.g., redistributing, reselling, making prints, promoting broadcasts/advertisements featuring the commissioned piece.
However, for personal use, you are allowed to use the commissioned artwork to personalize your social profiles, posts, or personal collections.
Refrain from heavy editing and removing my signature from the artwork for public display, except for avatars.
I do not support art created/generated by AI. I prohibit you, as the client or anyone, from using my artworks for AI learning/NFT or any cryptocurrency!
Mention credit is appreciated @YoruReido with a link to my X. (https://x.com/YoruReido) or a link to my profile where you commissioned me (e.g. Kirke/Vgen)
Communication and Updates

For Direct commissions, commissioned piece will be delivered via email as well as communication.

For "Kirke" commissions, communications are preferably on my email [reidoyoru@gmail.com]

For "Vgen" Commissions, Vgen Chat is recommended.

Other than that, communications are available in any socials you're comfortable with, if you may request.
